Not So Good…
…Grades. I took the ol’ Production & Operations Management final yesterday and it kicked my ass. My ass hasn’t been kicked this bad in an exam since Biology (freshmen year). I’m sure I made no higher than a 70; a more realistic grade would be 55 or 60. I didn’t know how to do a lot of it. It was just too much to study for. Why in the hell do professors give cumulative final exams? Along with final, end-of-the-semester projects?
Took the Visual Basic.NET final exam today. I did good on the multiple choice (at least I think I did) but the coding portion of the exam I messed up. I mixed up 2 lines of code on two objects. Other than that I had it working. Oh well. I turned it in and left.
Then me and Benjamin went to Phan’s japanese restaurant in the mall. I bet I’ve been there 30 times this year. It’s so delicious. It’s expensive but damn, it’s good. Best lunch or dinner you can buy in my opinion.
I was going to go home and get the rubbermade crate/box things that we pack our personal belongings in to move in and out of the dorms but the plan fell through and I ended up just staying in Boone today. I don’t know how I’m going to move out without them (perhaps throw every piece of small item I own into the trunk of my car) but I’m running out of options. I should have went home and got them. But it’s a long drive just to get some boxes when we are driving back home next Wednesday/Thursday. I was thinking perhaps we could buy some new rubbermade tupperware megacrate/boxes at Wal-Mart up here since it would be about the same price as the gas it would take to drive home or back but still, that’s a lot of money. Not to mention we’d have even more rubbermade tupperware megasuperultraindestructable boxes/crates at home. Sort of like the whole “fan” ordeal where me and Benjamin keep buying fans (window fans, personal fans, whatever) each year because we keep forgetting to bring them up in August. Oh well it’s pizza time. Pizza can make any situation better!
