As Heaven Is Wide

I got done with a nice 5 hour bout of Resident Evil Code: Veronica on the old Dreamcast/Waffle Iron today. That game is terribly awesome. Scary as horse piss, and you know horse piss drinks nightmares for breakfast! That is one long ass game. I read up on some reviews, and the average hourage it takes to beat it sounds like 15-20. That’s a lot for Resident Evil. Not to mention those guys usually beat them a lot faster than most people. I remember they said it took 5 hours to beat the first game. Man now that’s the understatement of the century.

I want some Splinter Cell 2

Guess what? I get to start Silent Hill 2 once I finish Code: Veronica. Die hard videogame fans know that Silent Hill is scarier than Resident Evil. I’m just not cut out for this shit! I’ve never been able to play survival horror games. Benjamin can throw them down like tennis balls from one of those automatic tennis ball shooter things. That analogy would have sounded 10x better if I could think of the word for the automatic tennis ball shooter.

Michael Ironside did the voice for Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell. That guy is a total badass. Look him up on Internet Movie Database, and you’ll know who he is. He was the badass commander guy from Starship Troopers.

So what’s up with this RIAA shit? They gonna sue me or something? So what if me and Mac bust out 10,000 mp3s? I like music, that’s all. I bet if they could somehow do a valid research project on it, it wouldn’t show much of a difference in CD sales if mp3s never existed. I beat Splinter Cell without looking at GameFAQs ONCE!! I wonder if AMD’s new Opteron or whatever 64-bit chip is going to kick ass? Yeah.
